About the HOA
Harbor Ridge is governed and managed by the Harbor Ridge Owners Association (HRHOA).The HRHOA is supervised by a five-member Board of Directors. The Board meets on the second Thursday of every month, at 7:00PM at the Rutherford College Town Hall. Property owners are always welcome for the first 15 minutes at Board of Directors meetings.
There is also an annual meeting, usually held in March, where everyone can take part and board members are elected for 2 year terms. Minutes of all meetings are available by clicking on the Owners Only page in the menu choices.
The "Owners Only" page is your place to find the minutes of prior BOD meetings and the current and past operating budgets. This page also provides you with access to contact information for homeowners and a News and Announcements page. On the Governing Documents module on the right, you will find links to all the application forms you will need, as well as the rules and regulations adopted by the HRHOA, Covenant, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs) for our community.
You will also see a menu item called CCR CONCERN FORM. You can use this form to file a complaint, or ask a question about any CCR-related issue that is a concern to you.
To access the Owners Only area of this website, owners must login with your usernames and passwords. Your HRHOA secretary/web site administrator can assign you a username and password.
